At Mindt, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality matcha products as well as a seamless and efficient shopping experience, including shipping. Our shipping policy is as follows:

1. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after they are placed, unless otherwise noted.

  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

  • If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.

2. Shipping Options:

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS or DHL for all orders.

3. Shipping Times:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 4-6 business days within the United States, depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

5. Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your order is delayed for any reason, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

7. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will require payment for shipping fees to resend your order.

8. International Shipping:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges. We are not liable for any duties or taxes associated with any orders processed by Mindt.

We are not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.

Return & Refund

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged. Our return policy is as follows:

1. Damaged Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at Mindt immediately via email.

  • We may require photos of the damaged product and/or packaging in order to process your claim.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement product as quickly as possible.

2. Refunds:

  • If your product arrives damaged and we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

3. Cancellation:

  • Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled due to the customer’s circumstances.
